Meet the viaim OpenNote — open-ear earbuds designed not just for listening, but for people who spend their day in meetings, calls, interviews and conversations. Instead of scrambling to type notes while someone is speaking, OpenNote lets you capture the conversation and turn it into searchable transcripts, AI summaries, action items and even mind maps. Think of it as your everyday earbuds and AI meeting assistant in one. 🎧✨
One of its standout features is FlashRecord. Simply press and hold either earbud to start recording — no need to take out your phone, open an app or even have a network connection to begin capturing audio. Once reconnected to the mobile app, recordings can be transferred for transcription and AI processing. It can capture phone calls, meeting apps, face-to-face conversations, interviews, classes, ideas and even audio from videos or podcasts. Perfect when someone suddenly says something important and you don’t want to lose it. 🎙️
And this is where OpenNote really goes beyond normal earbuds. It supports live transcription and translation across 78 languages and 145 accents/variants, speaker identification, AI summaries, deep insights, action-item extraction and mind maps. You can edit and search transcripts, compare original and translated text side-by-side, and export your records afterwards. For sales meetings, client discussions, interviews, overseas calls or courses, that means less time manually taking notes and more time actually listening to the person in front of you. 💼🌏
Comfort hasn’t been forgotten either. The open-ear design keeps your ear canal free, with soft liquid-silicone hooks, 0.8mm titanium memory wire and a lightweight design of around 10g per earbud — even designed to sit comfortably with glasses. You also get an 18×11mm polymer racetrack driver, Hi-Res Audio + LHDC, 4 microphones with AI call noise reduction, Bluetooth 5.3, dual-device connectivity, IP55-rated earbuds and up to 19 hours playback per charge / 53 hours with the case. 🔋 Whether you’re moving between office meetings, commuting, travelling or working from a café, OpenNote turns everyday conversations into information you can actually use — listen, record, transcribe, summarise and act, all from one pair of earbuds.
