Douglas’ journey into the financial advisory world is one marked by discipline and strategic brilliance. A former Sales VP in private assets, he had previously built a proven resource system that expanded his team and clientele into the largest within his former organisation. When he transitioned into the FA space, he brought with him the same structured approach that once propelled his earlier success.
Within just six months at ADD Income Alliance, Douglas achieved provisional MDRT — a milestone that many advisors take years to reach. His rapid progression reflects several core principles he lives by:

Even then, he maintained a healthy pipeline while operating at only 30 percent of his sales capacity. His performance, mindset, and leadership have made him a key pillar supporting Daniel and growing the alliance, not just in sales but also in manpower.

Agnes brings a unique blend of warmth, resilience, and high-level performance to the team. Previously one of the top performers in her former team, she was among the first leaders to join the new company and went on to be a co-founder of ADD Income Alliance.
Within just two months, Agnes achieved provisional MDRT qualification – a rare and exceptional accomplishment. During the same period, she topped both case count and regular premium collected across the entire branch for April and May, all while setting up a brand-new team in an entirely new environment.
