Some netizens shocked sia when Westlite show off their new Ubi dorm. Video reveal clean bunk beds, got night lights, closets, kitchen, recreation room, even gym. People comment straight, “Eh better than my HDB leh.”
But others not convinced. Some say wait till workers move in then see. A few who work in dorms claim one month later sure become messy, got broken taps, bed bugs, choked toilets. Some also point out not all operators same, many workers still living in cramped conditions.
Still got people defend the workers, say they deserve respect. Also remind everyone they build our whole country lah.
At least this Ubi dorm look quite solid. Hope the standard can maintain, and other dorms also level up lah.
