Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy
2. We respect the intellectual property rights of authors, news outlets, publishers and other rights holders. Where we share or reference third-party content (e.g., for reporting current events, commentary, review, criticism, parody or education), we do so only where permitted by licence, permission or exceptions under applicable law, including fair dealing provisions in the Copyright Act 2021.

4. It is our policy to respond promptly to notices of claimed copyright infringement. If you are a copyright owner (or authorized on their behalf) and believe content on the Service infringes your rights, submit a written notice to hello@trulysg.com (attn: Copyright Infringement).
5. You may be liable for damages (including costs and legal fees) if you misrepresent infringement.
