Dukrian only sell and promote the best quality fresh Mao Shan Wang fruit from around Malaysia together with our highly strict quality process to ensure all durians are of the highest quality before sending out to you. Trust us to know our durians well as we select all our MSW durians from reknown places like Pahang highland old trees from Devil’s Peak in Sungai Klau Raub, or Jemetah that are above 25 years of age, are capable of producing a more intense nuanced complexity of flavours.

PROCESS:
Fresh Durians will arrive daily from Malaysia to be freshly dehusked for quality check before being weighted, packed and vacumn sealed for delivery. We do not want bad reviews so be assured in the event that durians are not of good quality, we have 100% replacement or refund policy to protect you.
HANDLING:
We keep a high standard of hygiene with ZERO contact with your durians. Gloves on during packing and equipment to be washed after every day use.
DELIVERY:
We will be using our own courier to better manage the time for deliveries. All orders will be sent out at the fastest possible timing to attain optimal freshness.
REPLACEMENT EXCHANGE POLICY:
-Underweight (Weight can differ between boxes, allowance of 10-20 gram difference)
-Unripe/Potato Durians
-Overipe Watery Durians
-Sourish/Tasteless Durians
-Big Round Seed MSW, do not hesitate to contact us and provide photo proof for our assessment if you find high number of big round seeds(>40%)from your durian.
